Have you ever wish to find more room in your cabinets? Do you sometimes burn your food because you can’t find the right seasoning you need while cooking? Have you ever attempted to clean that junk draw? I think most of us have been in one or another kitchen space challenge before. So, here are some ideas from us. Feel free to share yours.

It used to be a mission whenever I need to find a lid for covering a pot. I used to store them in a draw because they are thin and “stack able". Well, the problem is, not only it’s difficult to tell which one is the right size, sometimes you have to go through four or five lids to get to the right one. Until I found RATIONELL VARIERA Pot lid organizer $4.99 at IKEA. I mounted it to the back side my pantry door and finding any lid became as easy as breath. The best part is, behind the pantry door was a “free space” that I didn’t use it for anything before. Now, I just gained a draw without adding cabinet.
The other thing that bothers me the most is the waste of space between shelves. It seems to me that I can never get everything fit perfectly like what they show on TV. Well, sometimes we just need a little tool to help us utilize that couple inches of space. This Under shelf wrap rack online and used it for many smaller items. All of the sudden, I gained additional shelf space and everything fit perfectly.
If you like me, who used to stack my knives in a draw and pile my seasonings in a cabinet, you’d love this new idea. Get a Grundtal spice rack (3 shelves) & Grundtal Magnetic knife rack, (the investment is as little as $28)hanging them on either side of your stove and experience the difference! You will be a much happier cooker and you will never have to go through the cabinets for those often used seasonings again. I find myself started to cook more after I purchased those two items. They freed up my cabinet and draw space by using the wall space which works so much better!
