Do you know that you can design your kitchen, your bedroom, your bathroom and other room of your house for free? There are computer stations throughout the store to provide this free service in case your don’t have online access at home. It helps you to visualize the space with IKEA products so you know how they will look or fit before you make your decision.

But, we have to go downstairs to dig out all the true bargains.

One of my favorite department at IKEA is the cook shop. You can find so many bargain gadgets such as this MIXA utensils set for only 49 cents! (Includes: 11″ spoon, 11″ spatula and 11″ fork.) I highly recommend this for anyone who just start living by themselves.

The HOJTA bamboo place mat is only $0.99. Now, you can afford to have a big dinner party with a tasteful table setting. Or, get this SORTI Palm leaf (also $0.99 per piece) just for the summer this year. I also love those new YTTERLIG Cork coasters (4 pack for $0.99)

Recognize this glass? Yes, the POKAL has been in the IKEA family forever! Now, it’s only 59 cent each! Yes, only 59 cents! Even if you are just freshly in the college, you can afford some stylish glassware! You don’t have to spend 100 dollars to start hosting.

Those FÄRGRIK mugs are one of my favorites too. They are stylish and they are more than affordable. How much you ask? It’s 59 cents too! Try to find a cup of coffee for that much and you will have hard time I bet.

Just because you don’t have a huge budge, doesn’t mean you have to service everything on a paper plates. It cost 3-5 dollars for a pack of paper plates but only 79 cents for a MOTTO plate. For the same amount of money, you can get four plates and invite your friends over and use them over and over. Also grab a ÖPPEN glass bowel for serving salad. ($0.99) It’s so simple and clean. Best of all , it’s the perfect bowel for you to customize anyway you want to if you are crafty.

To make your own combination out of those products (which each of them cost less than a dollar), you are able to get a complete set of four glasses, four coffee cups, four salad bowels, four plates, and one serving bowel for as little as $12.06. Try to find another set anywhere and good luck with that!
